Word
Readings:
Exodus
17:1-7
|
Psalm 9 |
This
week's readings are
from the NIV. All the backgrounds are of Malham Cove, where water
actually seems to flow out of the rock.
Psalm 9 has something called a "Higgaion Selah". This is thought to be
a period of quietness and reflection, perhaps with a musical interlude.
A Selah is thought to be a crescendo of noise, so perhaps this builds
up to that.
