The
backgrounds for the prayers for others are some of the many pictures of
Mary in the Church of the Annunciation in Nazareth. These have been
donated by nations around the world and usually depict Mary as having
their own racial characteristics and sometimes dress. We have tried to
match the colours of Mary’s costume with the colours of the prayers.
There are two sets of PowerPoint slides to go with these prayers. The
first has full text of the prayers over the pictures of Mary, the
second has just the mention of the colour and the prompt and response.
